HAPPY DOLLARS $$$$$$ & fines
Mike Heller won a check from work for being so good at the new CRM system for BMW’s
No other Happy, Sad $$$$ or Fines due to time frame and guest speakers program being a bit longer than normal

Speaker: Dr. Howard Maccabee
Presentation was on prostate cancer, research, treatment and government involvement.  Gave us info on the Seven Revolutions in Prostate Cancer, which were on a handout given to all of us.  Spoke how these were good times and bad times for the treatment of prostate cancer.  Good times because now between 85% to 95% of the cases can be controlled, bad news because the costs are very expensive.  Partially due to government and advanced equipment costs.  Final point is “Everyman if he lives long enough will get prostate cancer”

Breaking new ground

Like many college students, Emily Chow spent her spring break on the beach. But the one she chose wasn’t crowded with masses of beer-drinking, bikini-wearing undergraduates, and her destination – Pisco, a midsize city on Peru’s southern coast – is little known to most U.S. students. See a video
