Young leaders take center stage at the convention in Sydney

There’s nothing like the energy of a Rotary International Convention. Thousands of leaders, of all ages, come together to learn, exchange ideas, and look at common challenges in new ways. You realize that the actions you take locally are being amplified by countless Rotarians, Rotaractors, International RYLA leaders, and others working within their schools, universities, and communities. Together, you’re changing the world. As one young leader discovered, “Being a Rotaractor is so much different from being in just a local club because you have this whole world behind it. … You get on the plane and you step out of it at the other end of the world, and you find other people who are doing exactly the same good things that you were doing back home.”

The Four Way Test
Of the things we think, say or do:
1. Is it the TRUTH?
2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?
